Justice Rhodes is an elected Tribal Councilman for the Cowlitz Indian Tribe (2000-2004, 2018-2021). He works with dozens of tribes and Native Americans in all regions of the United States.
Mr. Rhodes has worked with the local, state, federal and tribal governments in various capacities since 1998, including: DOE, USDA, DOT, HUD Office of Native American Programs, Department of Interior (DOI) Bureau of Land Management and the DOI Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians, along with dozens of tribes in all regions of the US and abroad.
Mr. Rhodes is the founder of the Sustainable Development and Trade Law Association at the University of Denver, College of Law. He currently holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers License where he focuses on commercial properties, Opportunity Zones and Industrial Hemp as a member of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR).
