Justice Rhodes is an elected Tribal Councilman for the Cowlitz Indian Tribe (2000-2004, 2018-2021). He works with dozens of tribes and Native Americans in all regions of the United States. As the President of Rhodes Harbor he has the professional and administrative management experience to connect decision makers within Indian Country. He has extensive Indian Country legal and political knowledge, unique land use expertise and personal experiences with various tribal customs. He works with Native American entrepreneurs, Native American politicians, Tribal Councils, tribal authorities, tribal leaders and tribal elders. In addition to US Senators and State Representatives, Mr. Rhodes works with very large corporations, investors, small companies and non-profits in regard to benefiting Indian Country.
Mr. Rhodes has worked with the U.S. federal government in various contract and employment capacities since 1998, including the Department of Transportation, Department of Energy, Department of Justice, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Housing & Urban Development Office of Native American Programs, and the Department of Interior (DOI) Bureau of Land Management and the DOI Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians.
Mr. Rhodes is the founder of the Sustainable Development and Trade Law Association at the University of Denver, College of Law. He currently holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers License where he focuses on commercial properties.
